Professional Background & Experience
Mr. Hoglund has served as past President of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (before WAJ) and has instructed at numerous WSTLA and WSBA seminar programs. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at UPS Law School and as a member of The George Washington University Law Alumni Board. As a graduate of The George Washington University National Law Center with a cum laude Juris Doctor degree, he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and twice won the Van Vleck Case Club Moot Court competitions. He is author of several law review articles and personal injury casebook chapters. He has represented hundreds of personal injury claimants through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. His cases also include matters of bankruptcy, real estate, and contract.
